First of all, from everyone at Cumbrian Stone we hope you are well and keeping safe during these highly unusual times. Following the government’s latest announcement and several customer enquires this morning we would like to update our customers as follows:
Ongoing Orders, Collections and Deliveries
Following the government’s announcement on Saturday 31st October, we are writing to reassure our customers that as a manufacturer supplying the construction industry, Cumbrian Stone will continue to produce your orders throughout the up and coming lockdown. We are currently working closely with our supply chain to ensure that any disruptions over the coming weeks are kept to a minimum, and once your order is ready for collection or delivery we will be in touch to arrange this with you. Collections from our site in Penrith are available on an appointment only basis, and we will arrange a suitable time and date for any collections with you once your order is ready for collection.
Should anything change that may impact on your order over the next few weeks we will be back in touch with another update, and we would like to thank you for your patience and continued understanding during these unprecedented circumstances.
