Easy to Install Natural Stone Cladding for Internal and External Walls
Our lightweight stone Z-Tiles are a natural stone cladding tile system designed for fast, easy installation that delivers a modern, contemporary look for both internal and external applications. Each tile is formed in a Z-shaped profile, allowing units to interlock and reduce visible vertical joints, whilst also speeding up the installation process compared to loose stone slips. These natural stone Z-Tiles create a more natural finish compared to standard flat stone tiles, and are a great option for creating feature walls and panels on your project.
Z-Tiles provide a practical stone slip/thin cladding solution for both internal and external wall applications.
What are Z-Tile Stone Cladding Tiles?
Cumbrian Stone's Z-Tile system is a pre-formed stone cladding tile designed to simplify the construction of contemporary stone-faced walls and features.

Each panel is made up of narrow stone slips that are bonded into a distinctive “Z” shape, breaking obvious visible joints between stones and helping create a more natural finish.

Standard Panel Sizes and Components
CS Z-Tiles are supplied as set sized panels to support quick and efficient installation:
Z-Tile cladding panels: 600 × 150mm
Thickness: varies from 12mm to 15mm
Whilst cutting can be kept to a minimum through design, it is also possible to cut individual panels to suit your build.
Finishes and Variation
Z-Tiles are produced from real natural stone slips, meaning that no two tiles will be the same.
Each tile showcases a range of complimentary colours, textures and tones throughout the stone slips.
The thickness of each slip varies to give an uneven surface, giving your wall more character and depth than flat tiles or artificial alternatives.
